Keep playing Always On
The usual advice is to move to a quieter game. We think that's wrong. The game you already play is the one you know, and it's where the streamers like you already are. What changes is how you go about getting found.
What you're up against
398 channels are live in Always On on a typical sampling run, sharing 16,267 viewers between them. The top tenth take 51% of those viewers. The channel in the middle has 2.5.
Browse ranks by viewer count, so whoever's already at the top stays at the top and everyone else sits on a page nobody scrolls to. Titles, tags and thumbnails don't move that. You're not doing anything wrong. That's just how the page is sorted.
267 of those channels are small, like yours
That's the largest pool of streamers your size anywhere on Twitch. 67.2% of Always On channels have under 10 people watching. They stream the same hours you do, they play the same game, and most of them have never spoken to each other.
They're not competing with you for a fixed pool either. Viewers arrive on Twitch with the streamers they already follow, so another small Always On channel growing doesn't take anything off your table.
Why a crowded category helps you
The thing that buries you in Browse is the same thing worth staying for. 267 small channels is 267 people who know this game, keep the same odd hours, and want what you want. You build a community out of the people who are already there, and in Always On there are a lot of them.
So the work changes shape. Getting found in Always On is a relationship problem. The viewers who stay are the ones a streamer they already watch sent over, or who knew you off-stream first. That's the part the algorithm won't do for you, and you can start on it tonight.

Community Finder lists who's live in Always On right now and lets you filter to channels near your viewer count. Pick twenty and save them.
Streamers far above your size aren't looking for peers, and Browse has already sorted you away from everyone else. Channels your size are the people in Always On working on the same problem at the same time.

Show up for them first
Watch a few of them properly. Be in chat, use their name, come back next week. Save, tag and note who you've talked to so you remember the details.
This is the part where you give first, and it's where most people quit. You're not collecting contacts. You're becoming someone a handful of streamers recognise.

Move it off Twitch
Get into a Discord together, or wherever the group already talks. We list Discord servers worth joining if you don't have one.
Twitch chat is gone when the stream ends. A friendship that only exists during your broadcast starts from zero every time you go live.

What to expect
This is slow. A realistic first month is finding twenty Always On streamers your size, watching a few of them properly, and ending up with three or four you talk to regularly. There's no button here that produces viewers.
