Share of live channels in each viewer band, across the categories we sample.
You are in the biggest group
About two fifths of live channels in the categories we sample have one viewer or none right now. It is the single most common number we see.
The low end is tightly packed. Two or three viewers already sits ahead of nearly half of everyone live, so small differences move a channel a long way along that bar.

How we got this number
We sample the most-watched Twitch categories four times a day and record how many viewers every live channel in them has. These figures use the latest sample for each of 1,536 categories, covering about 68,100 live channels, from 19 September to 19 October 2026.
Three limits worth knowing. We sample the top categories by viewers, so this is not every channel on Twitch. We compare your average against live counts at a single moment, which is close but not identical. And the very largest categories drop out whenever our sample of them hits its page limit.
